HISTORIC BACKGROUND
The business group started petroleum products distribution and marketing segment about four decades ago, and since its inception, it has successfully operated in the areas of distribution, storage, and logistics across the country.
The business has continuously played a pivotal role in the energy sector by providing quality petroleum products with innovative solutions. Over time, it has expanded its storage infrastructure and supply chain facilities to meet the growing demand for fuel products across the country.

In this age of continuous transformation to alternative forms of energy, we have embarked on a journey to establish a modernized oil refining unit to embrace advanced petroleum energy solutions.
We have successfully completed the acquisition of remarkable companies: TransAsia Refinery Ltd. and Quality One Petroleum. This achievement marks a pivotal step in strengthening our position in the petroleum industry.
The TransAsia Refining Complex, spread across 200 acres at Port Qasim with a designed refining capacity of 100,000 barrels per day, brings extensive knowledge and experience to our organization. This strategic move reinforces our commitment to ensuring a consistent and high-quality supply of petroleum products, positioning us for future success in a dynamic market.
Quality One Petroleum, with storage capacities at Mandara, Sahiwal, Mehmood Kot, Shikarpur, Gatti, Sarai Naurang, Thalian, and Daulatpur, is recognized for its unwavering dedication to product quality, safety, and sustainability.
